Only for factory quality problems (material damage, skeleton failure, process defects). Provide clear photos/videos within 48 hours after signing, and repair or replacement is available after approval.
❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable
- Custom products: No cancellation, no return or exchange once production starts
- Man-made damage: scratches, staining, tearing, high temperature deformation, improper use
- Subjective reasons: dislike, inconsistent with imagination, wrong size reading
- Used or modified, affecting secondary sales
- No feedback within 48 hours
🔧 Warranty Service
- Free repair for non-man-made quality problems
- Material and labor fees are charged for man-made damage repair
- Users bear the round-trip freight for warranty
